I currently use this adsl router modem:
http://tinyurl.com/rfynh Here's the thing, I decided to update my drivers and such last night - graphics, sound and the likes. I thought, let's see if there's any new firmware for the Zoom as I have updated it before. I went to their website and got the necessary file, downloaded and installed as per instructions. After my reboot though all I was getting was no access to web pages - Cannot Find Server, page cannot be displayed. I thought, that's OK, the thing will have reset to factory defaults and I can reset it as I wisely saved my configuration before the update - only problem is that I can not now access the Zoom Web Console on this address - http://10.0.0.2 Without being able to access this console - I can't do 2 things - check to make sure the update actually happened and also reapply my saved configuration setting? Does anyone have any ideas how to get round this. FYI - I have tried the small reset hole at the back with a paperclip + reboots of both PC + router. I was fortunate to have an old Zoom X5 here and am managing to speak to you guys with it. I really need the X6 though because I use it wireless for my work laptop upstairs. Any ideas??
